SYMPTOMS
A system failure occurs every time you access the Shade mode. This occurs even when the object is a default sphere.
CAUSE
You are running Mips 1 instead of Mips 4.
RESOLUTION
Installing Mips 4 to prevent this problem.
STATUS
This is not a bug. This is a hardware design incompatibility issue.
