The changes were necessary to address the following issues:
- Service Pack 3 causes a regression that affects some Canon Bubble-Jets when manual page breaks are used in a document.
- Printable areas are off for Canon 4550. Adjustments were made for letter, A4, and ledger.
- Printable areas are off for Canon 4200. Adjustments were made for letter.

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Windows NT version 4.0. A supported fix is now available, but is not fully regression tested and should be applied only to systems experiencing this specific problem.
