What is the Encarta Online Library?
The Encarta Online Library is a comprehensive and powerful reference resource for student, family, and consumer research.

If you wish to sign-up for Encarta Online Library and would rather not submit subscription information online, contact the Encarta Online Library customer support line at (800) 227-8431.
If you have a question about your Encarta Online Library account, send mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. Make sure you include the following information in your message:

- Type of question you are submitting
- Detailed description of the problem
If you have lost or forgotten your username or password, include your full name or the name under which the account is registered.
If you want to sign up for Encarta Online Library, but are uneasy about submitting credit card information online (even though the registration form that is sent to Encarta Online Library is strongly encrypted for your protection), you may print the form, fill it in by hand, and then fax it to (617) 441-2251.
