The Page Up, Page Down and arrow keys on your keyboard do not function in the Find Presentation section of the Slide Finder.


PowerPoint is unable to determine when the focus is on the slide miniature and does not respond to the keyboard action.


Use the mouse to go to or select the slide you want.


Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in the Microsoft products listed at the beginning of this article.


For more information about inserting slides from another presentation, click the Office Assistant, type How to copy slides from another presentation, click Search, and then click to view "Copy a slide from one presentaiton to another."
