SYMPTOMS
After you change your name on the My Information tab in NetMeeting, the previous name may be displayed in a shared program.
CAUSE
When you start NetMeeting, the information in My Information is read from the registry and is loaded into memory.
RESOLUTION
To work around this issue, restart NetMeeting after you change your name on the My Information tab.
