- Microsoft Zero Administration Kit for Windows NT Workstation 4.0
This article was previously published under Q170331
When you insert the Windows NT 4.0 and Service Pack CD-ROMs during Zero Administration Kit (ZAK) Setup, the dialog boxes that run automatically for these products appear and must be closed manually before you can click OK in the dialog box that prompted you to insert the CD-ROM.
To resolve this problem, follow these steps:
- Close the dialog box by clicking the Close button in the upper right corner of the box.
- Click OK in the dialog box that prompted you to insert the CD-ROM to continue ZAK setup.
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Zero Administration Kit for Windows NT Workstation 4.0. We are researching this problem and will post new information here in the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.
