When you create a project using the Content Replication System (CRS) command line and then open the project with Webadmin, the directory contains corrupted characters.
When you create a project using Webadmin and select a directory that has double byte character set (DBCS) characters, when you attempt to save the project, scripting errors occur, and the project is never created.
CRS Webadmin doesn't recognize DBCS characters.
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Commercial Internet System version 1.0. This problem has been corrected in the latest U.S. Service Pack for Microsoft Commercial Internet System version 1.0.
