When you are reviewing filtered mail that is sorted by an Inbox Assistant rule, rules that contain extended characters are ignored.

Inbox Assistant cannot identify extended characters and cannot sort mail based on rules that contain extended characters.

Do not use extended characters when you are defining rules.

An extended character is any ASCII (American Standard Code for Information Interchange) character between 128 and 255.
