To set the maximum size of the Schedlog.txt file (Windows 95, Windows 98, and Windows Millennium Edition) or the SchedLgU.Txt file (Windows 2000 and Windows XP), use Registry Editor to locate the following key:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\SchedulingAgent

Modify the decimal value for the MaxLogSizeKB DWord value. Set the value to the maximum size you want. Note that this value represents kilobytes (KB) of data. By default, the value is 32K.

Note: To open the Scheduled Tasks Log file, open the Scheduled Tasks folder and then click View Log on the Advanced menu.
