SYMPTOMS
A document that once had annotations that were subsequently deleted will not print if Annotations is selected in Print Options. (If no annotations have been inserted into a document, the document will print with Annotations selected.)
STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Word 2.x for Windows. This problem was corrected in Word 6.0 for Windows.
WORKAROUND
Do the following before you print your document:
- From the Tools menu, choose Options. Choose the Print category.
- Under Include With Document, clear the Annotations option.
