Excel: MacPlot Driver 4.0.4 Hangs Print Operation

SYMPTOMS

If you are using Microsoft Excel and the Microspot MacPlot driver, and you the choose Page Setup, Print, or Print Preview command, your computer may hang (stop responding).

CAUSE

This problem occurs with the Microspot MacPlot driver, version 4.0.4.

STATUS

This problem with the 4.0.4 driver has been confirmed by Microspot. To obtain an updated version of this driver, call Microspot at (408) 257-4000.

NOTE: The version 4.0.2 MacPlot driver does not have this problem.
