------------------------------------------------------------------- The information in this article applies to: - Microsoft Publisher for Windows, versions 2.0, 2.0a ------------------------------------------------------------------- SYMPTOMS ======== When you are using one of the Table Of Contents options in the AutoFormat dialog box, part of the sample will be corrupted if you clear the selection of Include Shading. The heading and part of the chapter numbers will be missing. This does not affect the table; it is only present on the sample. RESOLUTION ========== Make sure the Include Shading check box is selected. To change the Include Shading setting, choose AutoFormat from the Table menu and choose Option. MORE INFORMATION ================ Steps to Reproduce Problem -------------------------- 1. Create a table using the default table format. 2. From the Table menu, choose AutoFormat. 3. Choose Options. 4. Select Table Of Contents 2 from the Table Format list. 5. Select Include Shading to turn off shading. Note that in the Sample area, the text in the Table of Contents heading is corrupted when Include Shading is cleared.
