Summary:
If you download a Multiplan version 1.10 spreadsheet from a 512K machine to a 128K machine, garbage characters will be displayed instead of the spreadsheet. No error message will be displayed.
There is not enough memory on the 128K machine to load the spreadsheet that was created on the 512K machine. In Multiplan versions 2.x, 3.00, 3.01, 3.02, 3.04, 4.00, 4.01, and 4.2, the “Insufficient memory” error message is displayed if there is not enough memory to load a spreadsheet.
