The Banner Wizard that ships with Publisher asks you for a height of either 8.5 or 11 inches, and the length in feet for various predetermined settings. You can also specify a custom length in either inches or feet. These measurement units CANNOT be changed to metric by selecting Centimeters in the Options dialog box, or by changing the Country settings in the International section of the Windows Control Panel.
