Heya,
What is known about the Total Wormage beta, the name before Worms 1 for DOS ?
I've seen a single screenshot on wikipedia and a few before that, but no releases or much information?

Total Wormage?
Re: Total Wormage?
Hello there,
it was created by Andy Davidson. Originally he ported game called Artillery Duel to casio calcullator. Then he tried to port it to amiga where he replaced tanks with worms. So new name is Total Wormage. It had success in his school and he started to think about commercial use. Contest in Amiga Format magazine was failure for mih, so he went to ECTS where he talked to people from Team 17. They liked it, signed contract with him, finished the game and released it under name worms
Anyway, i dont have any beta of it
Hope this information was heplful.

To complete these informations you can find the whole history of Total Wormage/Worms and its forerunners here http://www.armchairarcade.com/aamain/co ... article.51 and a close amiga version : The Director's Cut only sold 5,000 copies worldwide! here : http://www.emuparadise.org/Amiga_ROMs/W ... (There are only two versions on Amiga, Worms and Worms Director's Cut)
