14.0.5027.908 (2009 M3) Windows Live Messenger

Quite different from M1, but I like the Favorites section. I also don't like how display pictures now take up about 1/3 the IM window if you have them showing.

Edit: Finally found the resize option for display pics but there's still a crapton of wasted space around them.

That was in the last leaked build though =/

This build's UI is bloody amazing though. I love it

According to MS, it's a "consumer" product and can't be installed on 2k8.

One bug so far seems to be it forgetting if you've resized the personal pic icons in IM windows or not.

Also wouldn't mind a remote sign-out to log yourself off of another PC if you're signed into 2+

Odd, here it's eating up a whole 4MB of ram. I don't have a ton of contacts but still pretty respectable even after running for over 24 hours.

There's an A-Patch for this version out, apatch.org

It doesn't support nearly as many features as the previous version, probably due to the changes to the UI.

The official public release doesn't.

Do you have this beta? If you do remember that this is a beta community and we do like having private betas

Ahh I see, I guess it messes up the public beta of it. But this beta looks good, just a few issues.
