Lol, that was a few installs ago, since then I've gone back to vista, then for server 03 for some reason, then (after a nasty spyware problem) back to srever 08.
After once again going back to an Xp era os, I can safley say I never will again.
It saddens me to see your using xp

Actually, question for mdogg, what kind of memory usage does safari get on your Mac's, ive seen some pretty impressive leaks.
And Aero Basic's ewwness is nothing compared to luna, which look's like a Tonka Toy

Yep, we all don't have enough RAM around here.

I don't often use Safari (as seen in one of my desktops I don't even have it in the Dock) but I can still tell you what kind of memory it uses:

While idling on the homepage (http://www.apple.com/startpage/): 25.4MB
While loading BetaArchive: 26.8MB
While watching YouTube videos: 52.1MB

I don't know what else I should test but if you have any requests I could try them out and see how it goes.

It is. Officially.
Fortunately, with open source software, any issues can be spotted and workarounds posted. If they are needed at all...

Mdogg, thank's for those memory usage stat's, I've alway's been interested in Safari's memory usage. It's a great browser, but it'll eat up whatever memory you throw at it, when I had it running on my Pc, it used to eat up over 100mb of ram with 3 or 4 tabs open. From what I gather, this problem is the same on Mac's:
http://forums.macnn.com/82/applications ... ri-memory/
Some people have posted some pretty amazing memory usage in that thread, I bet if you opened a massive amount of tab's you would see the same sort of thing.
