i installed windows chicago 73g error loading cab32.exe after reboot it couldnt load a file in the .\iosubsys directory

so i tried to install windows chicago build 73g in utm, it all went fine until i tried to boot and it showed it couldnt load cab32.exe and after a reboot it showed it couldnt load something in the ./iosubsys directory
