When I dig some of my old discs I found a software that provides Turkish language support (keyboard, fonts, and character support) for non-Turkish versions of Windows 3.x, and I wanted to share it with you. You can think of this as similar to using Turkish keyboards and fonts on the Pan-European version of Windows 95. To install it, simply exit Windows and run turkcele.exe from the Turkcele folder. When you restart Windows with win.com, you will see that Turkish Q or F keyboard options are now available in the language settings."
