Windows 1.04 setup freezing RIGHT before installing

Recently I have been setting up Windows 1.04 on 86Box, until this screen:


I select 6, freezes. I select 5, freezes. I want COLOR. Any help?

Too old, use the latest nightly one (based on 4.2.1).
