Windows 8.1 IR2 was originally available for download in the Microsoft Store, but unfortunately it was almost lost, I tried to look for this version on the Internet but to no avail, although I found an x86 version but it was not the one I needed.
Does anyone have an archive of this version of the ESD file please? (Chinese Simplified or English United States)

at that time, ESDs for IR2 were available with direct links from upgrade tool, and named like WindowsBlue-ProESDwithApps & OSGS14-ProESDwithApps
at that time, no one was invested or had the knowledge to check or scan WU data for the files (Direct Download Links)
if someone had hashed the files, we could reconstructed the links
DD-links to ESDs for IR3 (only a few are available /known)
all hashes , file names etc are availabe on
