macOS DIC usage error

Hi all,

I am trying to rip CDs using DiskImageCreator on macOS apple silicon but keep getting errors, anyone was able to do so?

System version:

macOS Monterey 12.7.5 (21H1222)
MacBook Air (M1, 2020) Apple M1 Chip

CD-Drive external USB
ASUS ZenDrive U7M (SDRW-08U7M-U)
