How to edit Visual fox pro .app format files

I tried to edit Visual FoxPro's .app program file, but opening it with Notepad and Visual FoxPro 9.0 is garbled.

The .app program is like a compiled C program, e.g. you type "Printf("Hello, World!);" in C. , After the compilation is completed, open the .exe file directly, and it will be garbled.
