I have 2 Builds of a game called XDefiant (Not released yet) on my disk and which do not yet exist in the site's database.
Image of the Builds I have: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/ ... sp=sharing
I tried to upload one of them yesterday and was refused. Now with this, the following doubts arose for me:
1. I obtained these two builds via Ubisoft Connect and the only way they were made available was digitally, but from what I read the betaarchive does not seem to accept any digital content, however there is another build of this game on the website, which I really wonder if the problem comes from there or not.
2. Did I enter the wrong nomenclature? Looking at the image I showed above, the Build below was the one I sent to the ftp server, one of the possible rejections was that I put an unknown codename, the problem is that I don't know the original codename of the game, in any way what I also wonder if I could simply not add anything to this part.
So what did I really do wrong? any chance of these Builds being approved? is that these 2 Builds are taking up a total of 100GBs on my disk.

Re: Questions about the contribution of digital games
We do accept digital games, nowhere does it say we don't. Your uploaded content will be processed and archived.
But we don't accept a digital game when you're applying for archive access. You can upload as much digital content you want, but you need to apply with a physical retail copy if you want to apply for access.

Re: Questions about the contribution of digital games
wait one more thing. just to confirm, I can put these builds on your FTP server and you accept as long as I don't request "File Access"? If so, does my name appear in the database of the build I donated to you, or does it appear as anonymous?
Re: Questions about the contribution of digital games
Your name will appear next to it as the uploader unless you request to be anonymous.
Requesting access won't impact whether we put the file into the archive or not, it only affects your access.

I can unfortunately mention that your uploads were corrupted :/. You will need to split them into smaller segments for a more proper and easier resumable upload.
It's of course up to you if you want to try to re-upload them so we can archive them, or if you upload them somewhere else and PM a link etc.
