Windows 98 SE boot disks?

Are the floppy boot disks included with retail editions of Windows 98 Second Edition anywhere in the FTP? I'm not able to find any release with it.

Besides this, does anybody know if there were boot disks for both retail and OEM editions and if the contents were different?

Thanks. Is this the only one available?
I would like to know if the disks are the same for every edition of Windows 98 SE (retail, OEM, with Plus!...).

Most of 98 CD are bootable. I know that 98 SE retail may not, but that's all I know 🤷
