Why is my application for ftp permission not approved?

I found that the file was deleted on the 3rd or 4th day
after I uploaded it, what went wrong?

This site has a high chance of rejection, I have uploaded resources before, but they have all been rejected. (i.e. the resources are gone on the FTP server)

It was rejected because you didn't read the guidelines on what's acceptable to upload and how to prepare it. Uploading some random archive file won't do for archive access.

Read the guidelines! It's in my signature and in the tutorials section, as well as the top of the page. It's not difficult to miss. If you had read it then you would have also known why the uploads disappear from the upload folder.

People, read the guidelines and contribution requirements for archive access. A lot of new members get access every week, and clearly they manage to read them without much effort.

Yes and FTP even do not work tjese days.I cannot even upload files.
But I really want to access the database!

FTP works fine as people keep uploading to it. If you have issues you need to check your connection details and see what's mismatching, or ask on the forums if you think you did everything right.

But...But,it does not work.It says "connection failed".
Also I find that i can upload nothing.Where could I find the resources that this website does not have.
Might be the website is blocked?(Refer to the first sentence)

We can't help you as "connection failed" is generic and unhelpful. You will have to check your settings and be sure they match what's instructed on our FTP page.

And it works, others upload just fine. And it's not blocked as you wouldn't be able to post on this forum if it was. Unless your ISP blocks FTP on the port we're using, something that is out of control.

The issue is on your side and not ours.
