About Windows RT 8061 in QEMU

I tried to start RT 8061 on qemu but it failed, I replaced acpi.sys after winload.efi, it says partmgr.sys there is a problem, I also replaced, after the registry was corrupted, I also replaced, but now it can see the boot icon, but it can't start, as shown in the icon does not turn in a circle.

The only device this build is known to run on is the original Surface RT. There probably just straight up isn’t support in QEMU for any hardware this build needs.
