Green Screen or freezed image instead of boot screen on Windows 2000 and XP.

When I boot Windows 2000 instead of the boot screen it appears a green screen and in Windows XP it has an static image, I think it is a problem with VmWare because I tried to reinstall it and the same happens.

aaaand what vmware version do you use ?

VmWare Worksation Pro 17 but the Windows 2000 machine has 12.X compatibility.

lower it to 6 or 5

Its the same thing, I tink that's because my computer, when I moved to a Asus VivoBook 17 from an HP 14-dk1002wm, it started happening.

In the window thumbnail on the taskbar it displays correctly.
