How can I know what software I can offer

How can I know what software I can offer? Is there a list of software that is already archived on the site?

I'm a collector of old software and computers. I recently got my hands on a Web.It that apparently was from somewhere in the UK, I've been reading that it's more common to find German versions of it, but English versions are rarer. Is there already a dump in the database?

Are rare software in other languages accepted? For example, I have some rare Brazilian Portuguese versions of Mac OS that people have begged me to sell.

Are restore CDs allowed/interesting? (for example: compaq, ibm, dell restore cd)
