You have FTP access to upload it, just use the upload account.

Uploading it will not get anybody FTP access because:
1) The scans do not meet BA's requirements, and they don't have to because Term24 didn't upload them to BA.
2) Uploading somebody else's release without their consent under your name probably isn't the best thing to do. You may want to ask him first or just upload it anonymously.

You shouldn't capitalize their finding under your name...
Nerdiest nerd in the universe.

Emulators and Hypervisors I use
86Box for early versions of Windows, Intel Apple Rhapsody, OS/2 pre-3.0, DOS, etc.
VMware Workstation for later versions of Windows (sometimes early versions), Intel macOS, OS/2 post-3.0, etc.
Mini vMac for System Software pre-7.x
Basilisk II for Mac OS 7.x-8.1
SheepShaver for Mac OS 7.x-9
QEMU for later PPC Mac OS, Windows RT, etc.
