Uploading it will not get anybody FTP access because:
1) The scans do not meet BA's requirements, and they don't have to because Term24 didn't upload them to BA.
2) Uploading somebody else's release without their consent under your name probably isn't the best thing to do. You may want to ask him first or just upload it anonymously.
