How to get stuff from early Builds into later Windows Vista Builds

Do you know how to get stuff including wallpapers from Builds 5252-5342, and then install them on Windows Vista Build 5355 or later? Also, it will include Windows XP wallpapers as well.

Here's the list:
Green Plant
Official Beta 2 Wallpaper (800x600)
Seaside Vistas
Tiger Leaf
Tropical Vistas
Underwater (Fish)
Windows

Is there a way to Install 3D Pinball, MSGINA, and Luna theme from Windows XP into Windows Vista Build 5098 or later?

You can literally download all of these things from web sites online (except for MSGINA). Just searching up all of the wallpapers and apps and themes pulls all of them up.

Yes, links for downloading all of these things from websites online! Also in Windows Vista Build 5098, MSGINA is completely removed and replaced with Credential Providers. Windows Vista Build 5048 is the last build to have MSGINA which used classic login prompt. Do I need links for downloading?
