I found another Lost Windows 10 build but i am not sure if it's real

So I have been browsing on my Old Hard disk yesterday but i get the iso file. I find the Windows 10 Build 10240.16834.amdfre.fbl_eeap.150808-1859 iso and i tried installing it on A VM and it looks realistic. Is this Build legit or something's real ? I leaked it from my Server

Since i am New on the BetaArchive i can't upload screenshots for now

If you really have it, please upload the ntoskrnl.exe file. You can use 7zip to open the ISO, then open install.wim in sources, then go to 1 or 2, then go to Windows\System32, then send the file.

Welp it looks a bit strange because despite being new than RTM it reuses many parts of Windows 8 and it has the Windows 8 build 7777 and Build 7779 wallpaper

This image is forged and should not be considered real for a number of reasons:

• Post-RTM Threshold 1 partner drops use the th1_st1_eeap branch (e.g.: 10.0.10240.16396 (th1_st1_eeap.150720-1908)), and NOT the Win8-exclusive fbl_eeap branch. 64-bit NT builds would also have "amd64" as the processor arch type, not just "amd".
• The wallpaper observed here is from Win8 client builds 7777 and 7779, and was shortly phased out by the time M1 development was midway through w/ server 7788. All Win10 development builds from 10.0.10159.0 (fbl_impressive.150626-1834) onwards up till 10.0.18277.1006 (rs_prerelease_flt.181109-1705) use the 1507 Hero wallpaper. If it were an actual internal build of Windows 10 TH1, it would have the Microsoft Confidential watermark at the bottom-right corner and in winver much like 10.0.10537.1000 (th2_sigma_grfx_dev.150902-1600), and not use an ancient wallpaper from 2010.
  
  There is also no physical evidence of a test root certificate here (which would forcibly bring up the watermark + "For testing purposes only" prefixed), nor is the Kernel-ExpirationDate product policy given a value here, which would present the exact same effects as the former, but with "Evaluation copy" prefixed instead; my only assumption here is that you are running a slightly modified version of Windows 10 Enterprise LTSB v1507 under debug mode.
• There were no minimize/maximize caption buttons on the About Windows dialog box at all, nor did it feature absurd window metrics
• You have been known to have a long history of modifying existing Windows operating system images in the past and producing WNR ISO images, including those originating from prerelease NT builds

This is the worst fake I've ever seen. Why would any build of Windows after 78xx ever have the build 7777 to 7779 wallpaper?!

To be honest, the build tag confuses me....
First, 16834 - looks like the mislabel build tag 16384
Secondly, the architecture is not specified, just amdfre is specified... most likely it is amd64fre...

Looks from the wallpaper and what others have said it's a fake. If the OP uploads the ISO image we can pick through it and verify whether or not it's real/fake.

There are more things to point out if you're not truly convinced yet:

1. Technical Preview branding, even though that was discontinued around April 2014;
2. Delta/revision number in the watermark, although in practice the watermark never includes this field.

For some reason the About Windows dialog has Maximize and Minimize buttons, It is unknown why these buttons exists maybe it's a bug or something. I am not aware about it. But I tried maximizing The Window and it has quirks

By the way my Main OS Is Windows 10 LTSB 2015 With Microsoft Edge which is the Windows 10 LTSB 2015 bootleg i have made. I use this because i have to Ditch IE





I suggest many users to Ditch using Internet Explorer because It already retired since June 2022, If you keep using it and you will risk exposing your data to cybercriminals because of an unpatched exploit.

You're intentionally trying to screw around with us, aren't you? This is just the Enterprise LTSB/EnterpriseS SKU variant of the th1 compile (as I originally suspected), but poorly modified.

Don't believe me? Here, I'll give you a whole list of inconsistencies:

• The Windows NT/CurrentVersion regkey in this ESD speaks volumes, and you appear to have modified the DEFAULT reghive to have whatever Win8-like window metrics you've desired, just like your other Windows hackjobs. Since the Aero theme is applied for the first time during login, these metrics aren't seen here.
• The older logon screen from Win8-era is enabled here
• The Action Center is disabled, coupled with the enablement of the older Vista/7-era notification system, date and volume control
• All traces of Technical Preview branding were gone by 10071, and yet you appear to have modified the MUI files for basebrd.dll to include the Technical Preview branding + omit the LTSB 2015 part
• You somehow managed to break Windows authentication entirely (2) (3)
• This ESD comes with drivers from your OWN laptop (2)
• You modified several components in the WinSxS component store and in turn invalidated signatures for vital Windows components such as shell32
• The server-specific Shutdown Event Tracker is enabled here, much like your other hackjobs
• The Windows 8 sound scheme is present in place of the newer Win10 scheme
• You intentionally disabled the Windows Update service to prevent replacement of modified components with their official Microsoft variants
• Internet Information Services (IIS) components are present/installed by default, for whatever reason

Quit working on any more of these elaborate fake builds before you continue digging a deeper hole for yourself.
