Looking for a photo editing software for nostalgic reasons [SOLVED]

Back in around ~2005 or ~2006, I was new to computers and I had a scanner which came with a photo editing software, most probably either from Plustek or Mustek.
I barely remember any details, except that the logo was that of a sunflower (maybe a child face in a sunflower, I cannot remember exactly) and that the GUI had an light orange pattern all around.

Does this ring a bell for anyone? I'd really love to see this software again, but I cannot find anything, not even a name.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It was Ulead Photo Express.
