BetaArchive Database doesn't show all the files.

I have a ZH-CN ISO of Windows 7 Ultimate RC1 Build 7100 and would like to try to contribute it to the FTP (in hopes to get FTP access) but idk if it's on the FTP or not, so I tried to search it up, I only get a limited amount of results. Why is that?

Wrong way round. I see that 7100 x86 has been uploaded in Simplified Chinese, but amd64 hasn't
