I tried to run Windows RT build 8330, but I don't quite understand how to bypass the Recovery and BSOD errors. To install, you need to manually unpack the install.wim on the VHD, then create boot files, and boot from it. I managed to get to OOBE and even finished it, but then a BSOD error occurred.
If someone also manages to bypass the Recovery and BSOD errors, and successfully run WinRT builds, I'm waiting for you in this discussion!
Also, if you manage to run WinRT builds, write the proper guide on BetaWiki. Thanks!
P.S. Previously, I installed Windows RT 8.1 build 9600.17328 on this QEMU modification (v2) and it installed successfully (I installed it via ISO image)

Re: Installing Windows RT on QEMU?
I got 8330 and 8.1 to run using the 2nd config from binarymaster's release page (Configuration with boot priority: 1) USB CD-ROM, 2) SD card) after applying the WIM file (following the same instructions from the Win10 15035 BetaWiki page) and removing the CD-ROM parameters. 8330 is unstable, and there's a lot of BSoDs, but after resetting a few times it was able to boot.
