The one of the top right is Windows ME RTM and the flag itself is identical in 95/98/NT4/2000. The two on the left were from early Chicago builds hence why they look different.
The two non-vector flags are from Whistler builds.
Just wanted to share these as it's quite interesting to see how they look enlarged and close up.

Thats Cool! I was always interested in how early Whistler start buttons were soo high-quality

The bottom ones look very interesting! But a bit blurry!
