Hello!
Windows 3.0 had splash screen at "all screen", and Windows 3.1 have smaller one.
In "The Collection Book" I can see that build 043e of Windows 3.1 is at "all screen" and on 061d is smaller.
In which beta build between 043e and 061d of Windows 3.1 the splash screen is changed?

how is anyone even supposed to know when we don't have any build between 043e and 061d to begin with??
