Hey, i have a question. Can I connect to the ftp by windows explorer?

- OS is Windows 7 Home Premium SP1 x86

No, this is not possible because of the encryption requirements.

I recommend use FileZilla 3.46.3. Since i am using 32-bit as well.

You meant version 3.46.3. Version 3.64.3 doesn't exist.
