FTP Access - Was my file rejected?

Hello,

Recently I uploaded a beta build of WATCH_DOGS: Legion dated the 8th of April 2020, I understand it hasn't been 7 days since I've uploaded the file, however, my FTP access role request was removed, and my folder/file was (re)moved from the upload server's directory (which is probably normal), and I haven't gotten a private message on the reason for the file being rejected, which I assume is what happened due to the role request being rejected.

I'd just like some clarification on why this file was ineligible for the archive.
