Sure, please could you send it with a link? By the way, I think I have these two files from web.archive.org (Carrara's update page)

Car41B60RNUpdaterWinUS.exe (This one is for Carrara Render Node -> 'RNUpdater')
and
Car41B62ProUpdaterWinFR.exe (Actual program update but unfortunately for French version) I'll continue to look for its updates.

Note: After investigation, the file that I have, "Car41B60RNUpdaterWinUS.exe" seems an update for the version you have; Carrara 4.0 Pro Render Node Updater (English version) to 4.1.1.

I apologize for providing wrong information:

Carrara401B45RNUpdaterWinUS.exe is NOT the update 4.1.1 for Carrara 4.0 Pro, it is the update for Render Node (a network client).

At this point, I do not know what the file name for Carrara 4.0 Pro is; neither have I been able to get more info on the matter.

The filename is: Car41B60ProUpdaterWinUS.exe for update from Carrara 4.0 Pro to Carrara 4.1.1 Pro and unfortunately, it seems it exists nowhere on the Internet. :/

There is logic to this, but it can also be wrong assumption.

They used to keep free and subscribe-to downloads on different servers; that may make a difference.
