Re-identify hardware from CD label info

I have a old installation CD of Creative Technology Sound Blaster 16.

It is possible to re-identify the hardware of the selling box using cd label info?

The label is laser incised on the back face of the cd and is “BR00820-14 ABCDEF Made by KAO Ireland 1213330080-2”.

There is various models of the SB16 card, listed here:

So which model is assigned to the CD I have?

Not sure what model (or models) is your CD from, but TextAssist crashes if you don't run it from the card corresponding that driver.

I don't think they produced a CD for every possible variant of the SB16. I don't think you'll get any more specific information than what you already have
