Guide: how to get Aero working on Windows Vista 5259-5270-5284 (VMware 12 and later)

Hello everybody.
I've found the way to get Aero working on some 52xx builds (5259 and later).
As we all know, starting from VMware 12, Aero has rendering problems on 52xx builds of Vista, because the changes to display engine.
But today I will show you how to solve this problem, with a trick.

Let's get started with the guide.

1. Follow this guide to enable Aero: viewtopic.php?f=62&t=34077 ( use the 6.5/7x compatibility)
2. After you have enabled Aero, it will glitching. Now you must go in Personalize/Color Scheme. Disable the transparent glass. It's hard to orient with the glitches, but with a bit of patience it can be done.
3. After this, you must change the resolution to refresh DWM. Go to Personalize and click on Display Settings. Change the resolution. After that, reset the old resolution: now the screen is no longer flickering! (You must repeat this step every time you start Windows, to refresh DWM).
