Is this a valid upload to get FTP access?

I read the blacklists and went looking for old software to see if I could find any, I found a cd for a game called "Moraff's Maximum Mahjongg (Volume 2)". I had no idea I owned this so I am wondering if this is suitable to gain FTP access.

If this is original and retail, then everything is in order. Rip the disc by using the Alcohol 120% tool or DiscImageCreator tool (if your DVD drive supports this tool). Scan the disc and disc covers at 600 dpi (or higher). Then package your release correctly according to the instructions on the website. Good luck.

It's difficult to say based on a name only. It sounds like some kind of shovelware compilation disc, but I can't say for sure until I can verify the title.

I do not own a scanner and did my best when making the artwork. I have applied for ftp access
