So, I downloaded build 2410 and I tried to install a old version of VMware Tools, but when I started the msi program, it would show this Policy error. But, this is a vanilla installation so it shouldn't be any already set policy that blocks these things, and even checking in the Policy Editor, I didn't find anything that would prevent it from installing. I've even created custom rules that would make any file from the D: drive, and any .msi program to run without any restriction. How can I fix this?
