Old Windows XP shutdown dialog in Longhorn build 4074

Post by WinXPFan »

I would like to know how do I get Windows XP shutdown dialog box in Windows Longhorn Build 4074, because the new menu is annoying.
Longhorn does have the log off options similar to XP, but how about Shutdown one? Is there any Registry Tweak to change that?

Turn off the welcome screen in the user accounts part of Control Panel. That'll bring it out.
It has no effect on the logon screen.

Can you port logonui from XP? Does that bring the old logon screen back?
By the way, system gets more unstable if you disable the welcome screen but I don't know why.

The shutdown options are controlled within msgina.dll Is there any REGISTRY MODIFICATION?
P. S. Older Longhorn builds have the Shutdown options from XP.
