It will only be accepted if it was dumped from original (retail) CDs and you have provided scans of the discs
I upload stuff to archive.org from time to time. See here for everything that doesn't fit BA

That's for FTP access. He has already got it.
Plus, the version 7.0 on the FTP is not from original source media.

Although I wonder why it is on the FTP considering this is open source (as far as wikipedia tells me) and not a commercial release.
