As the mod who denied your post, I was just following the guidelines. The reason this rule exists is to discourage people from requesting before contributing in some form.

That rule was added to prevent the exact behavior you just proposed.

I am sure you've also checked our rules on requests and would understand why you can't just drop in, ask for something and then drop out just as quick. It's not how we operate.

U need FTP Access to download, it for prevent overload, bot (a bit) and people want just download without sharing
