Having an issue with Windows Server 2003 in VBox

When attempting to install Windows Server 2003 in VBox I seem to not be able to get into the OOBE as it just says "Setup is restarting..." and gives me an endless bootloop, anything I can do? I already tried re-installing and formatting.

i can install the retail build (sp1) fine on vmware7 so it could be vbox causing the issue

I've once already installed Windows Server 2003 on VBox and it worked fine.

What amount of RAM are you using?
