Windows 3.0 with Multimedia Extensions (Creative Labs)
I have this from someone online - just an .ISO
It supports up to Sound Blaster Pro and has Trident 8900 drivers in it.
Any interest?

This one looks more like a HW-supplied system, rather than a computer-maker.
A quick look through it, indicates a 'minimal setup' for MME. The MME has help 3.07, and the splashscreen is generic too.

Try 'help about' in the MME help. It clearly shows 3.07.
