No STOR permission

I wanted to upload on the upload server, but Filezilla aborted the upload so I tried replacing the aborted file but I get

Believe it or not, winrar is free
Download it and use it to repack your archive into rar

It's not free, it's a trial (executed poorly, but still). Also, Winins said there's no problem with uploading 7z files. Besides, he was able to upload 50% of an archive, if it was a format issue, it'd stop immediately.

I was once able to upload the whole archive but it didn't go through FTP application process, so I had to change it and upload it again. I'll try uploading it in zip archive

Edit: .zip version also was aborted about 32% in.

Well it's something with your connection. Either split up the archive into several pieces and reup, or upload it elsewhere and drop me a link.
